Our OrthoVital®, OrthoNatural®, OrthoCalf® and OrthoOrganic® calfskin leather ranges are available in various thicknesses, colors and assortments. They are available immediately from stock and meet the special requirements of orthopaedic shoe production.
Whether smooth, milled or embossed leather – we ensure that your order is ready for dispatch within 24 hours. You can order from as little as one hide, with a guaranteed stock quantity per item of up to 1000 square meters.
OrthoSoft® is a full-grain, hard-wearing and through-dyed cowhide tanned in the EU from European raw materials. The leather is characterized by a full feel, abrasion resistance, fine pores and a silky sheen. OrthoSoft® is available in thicknesses of 0.9/1.1 mm and 1.1/1.3 mm, each in 19 colors.
OrthoOrganic® is a full-grain cowhide lining leather, free of chromium and heavy metals, which is tanned in Europe. It is characterized by very good sweat absorption and light resistance. Also available as goat lining leather.
OrthoNatural® are full-grain, drum-dyed and naturally tanned calf or cow lining leathers. The leather is characterized by very good sweat absorption, suppleness, tear resistance and special skin friendliness. These leathers are also available in embossed or perforated versions.
OrthoCalf® Vital is a full-grain, through-dyed calfskin, for which only the top ranges are used for tanning. It is characterized by its abrasion resistance, color fastness and durability. These leathers are also available in embossed or perforated versions.
OrthoCalf® Forest is a finished and hard-wearing calfskin leather. The leather is characterized by its optimal surface use, color fastness and abrasion resistance. These leathers are also available in embossed or perforated versions.
